We got our first mortgage in early 2006 from Simpligroup.

Our mortgage application was a little different from most, as the people we bought from were required to exchange contracts within 4 weeks on the property they were moving into and so from the outset we were on a short timescale.

They worked very hard to enable us to meet this deadline by seeing us after work and always making himself available at times that suited us. My adviser would often stayed late into the evening to ensure that he got the best mortgage for us and we felt that even though we were on a short timescale, they took the time to thoroughly investigate and explain to us all the options available.

When we had chosen the right mortgage, they pulled out all the stops to ensure that we completed on time even travelling to my place of work in his lunch hour so paperwork could be signed and we would not miss that evenings post with our mortgage application. Simplicity even stepped in when we experienced delays with our solicitor and was able to negotiate a speedy resolution with him.

Overall the process of buying a house is extremely stressful, particularly when you’re working to a tight timescale, but Simplicity's dedication made it so much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simplicity’s services to anybody.
